Dozens braved the cool, wet weather on Monday morning to take part in the annual children's parade, hosted by the Creston Lions Club during the weekend's Creston Valley Blossom Festival.
Costumes and transportation devices of all kinds were part of the fun during the parade, which ran along Canyon Street. The annual event was led by the RCMP and Creston Fire Rescue, and was followed by kids' events and a picnic in Centennial Park, also hosted by the Lions.
