Creston citizens recently elected Town Councilors that they expected to be fair, honest and honorable. It was astounding to learn that not one of those council members would second a motion for discussion of the Fire Hall as put forth by a new councilor. This motion concerned the wishes of a majority of Creston citizens who voted (in the first referendum) against the Fire Hall plans re the size, the location, the builder and the cost.
The citizens recently voted “yes”, but only for money not for the plans of the ASC. This was an insulting, hurtful, shameful and bully thing to do to a new councilor and to the Creston citizens.
