Creston Valley singer-songwriter Velle Huscroft Weitman.

Velle Huscroft Weitman will be putting on an outdoor concert with some of Creston’s finest musicians on Friday at Millennium Park. All ages are invited to attend this family friendly show. Bring a chair or a blanket.

Weitman will also be featuring some of the finest horn playing from the east and west Kootenays: Rick Lingard from Nelson on saxophone and Dave Ward on trumpet from Cranbrook. She will be releasing an album in the fall, and will be playing material from the album at this June 10 show.

Gates open at 6:30 p.m. and show starts at 7. Admission is by donation ($10 suggested).
