Five years after leaving his previous computer repair and sales shop, Pro-to-Call Computer Services, born and raised Crestonite, Kitt Santano is back in the business.

After purchasing and renovating Dr. Sid Kettner’s office building on 12th Ave South and Cook Street, the new Swift Internet and Computer Repair Shop is now open for business.

“This just makes sense to support my customers and residents of the Creston area this way” he said on Monday from the shop across from the Extra Foods Gas Bar.

With over 1000 Swift Internet subscribers spread from Sirdar to Yahk, Santano hears a lot about computer problems. In fact, a fast computer greatly enhances a customer’s user experience on the Internet.

His new business model means there are no retail shelves displaying costly inventory, however if you do need a new computer or computer parts, they are also the place to go! Santano and his staff will work on a commission basis to find a suitable computer for the customers, and then transfer data from their old machine to the new one.

“We’ll work with people to find the right system for them” he said.

Of course often times a slow computer issue is resolved with a professional cleanup, and Swift Internet staff are quite capable. Even better, assessments are free.

“We aren’t going to charge to tell a customer they have a broken computer. We will run tests, give our assessment and a quote on how much it will cost to repair. No surprises.”

Customer service is Santano’s forte, and with that in mind, the Swift Internet shop is open from 8am to 4pm Monday through Saturday. And pickup and dropoff at the customers location can be arranged too.

“If you are already (or will be) a Swift Internet customer, you will get a 10% discount on computer work as well!” said Santano “We love our customers and hope to give them enough perks to love us too! It’s amazing how many people are already coming through the door, asking ‘Where have you been?’ The amount of love and support we have received has been such a blessing, we truly are grateful to be a family owned and operated business in this beautiful Creston Valley, and we hope to serve for many years to come”.

A Grand Opening will be announced soon. Meanwhile, Santano and his team are open for business and looking forward to servicing you in all areas of the computer and Internet industry.
