Spokane-Bonners team wins Iron Maiden tourney at Creston Golf Club

Thirty-eight women took part in the 2014 Iron Maiden Best Ball Tournament, held Oct. 14 at the Creston Golf Club.

With a score of 75, the team of Beth Wrigley (Spokane, Wash.) and (Julie Williams (Bonners Ferry, Idaho) were the low gross winners, followed by Cherie Baker and Kris VanderWeyde (77).

Low net winners, with 64, were Jennifer Bassingwaite and Edith Kucharski of Creston, with Yvonne Larson and Dona Hindley placed second (66). They were followed by Lenora VanderWeyde and Laura Wigen (third, 68), Virginia Harder and Lynne Young (fourth, 68), Marlys Joy and Dianna Beebe (fifth, 69) and Louise Mikulak and Angie Pawson (sixth, 69).
