Forty-four women on 22 teams entered the Ladies Stableford Open held at the Creston Golf Club on June 10.
May Johnson and Dianna Beebe won the tournament with 92 points. Johnson also had a hole in one on No. 6.
Behind Johnson and Beebe were Fay Lee and Marilyn Mueller (second), Virginia Harder and Lila Murtack (third), Cay Husband and Ada Gardnier (fourth), Lynne Young and Bunty Allan (fifth), Laura Wigen and Lenora Vanderweyde (sixth), Gail Nelson and Kelly Kemle (seventh) and Christinas Lake’s Wanda Flack and Connie Kostach (eighth).
