Creston’s Black Eyed Cherries are looking for a few new members, and are hosting a fresh meat ’n’ greet at the Prince Charles Secondary School bubble from 6-9 p.m. on Jan. 7.
The women’s flat track roller derby team offers a chance to gain confidence and trust, have fun while getting fit, explore an alter ego, blow off steam and build new friendships, while enjoying a competitive contact sport.
