Four members of the Creston Judo Club recently attended a judo tournament in Spokane, Wash.
Winning gold in the under 20 category was Leelen Samuelson, who defeated two black belts on his way to victory.
Kaeden Rendek also won gold in the under 11 age group, with Justin Juurlink winning silver in the same division.
Dillon Hack fell just short of a gold medal due to a shoulder injury incurred during a previous match and had to settle for a bronze medal.
