Members of the Creston Valley Figure Skating Club took part in the Feb. 25/26 Rocky Mountain free skate competition in Cranbrook, with five bringing home medals.
In the performance program, Emil Fabbro and Eva Nadler received bronze medals, and Avery Dyer, Alison Olson and Ashtyn Maki earned silver.
Kyaln Maki placed ninth in the pre-preliminary round, Rylee Christson placed sxth in the introductory interpretive section, and Timothy Thom placed second in open elements and fifth in silver interpretive.
