For the next four weeks, intermediate students at Canyon-Lister Elementary School will be learning the sport of archery.
Students in grades 4-6 will have several opportunities to improve their archery skills as they meet in the gym and practice what they had been taught by Joe Roth, archery instructor of Goat Mountain Archery.
When asked what the best part about archery is, most students said the challenge of landing the arrow in the centre of the target.
