An RCMP member kept a watchful eye on the proceedings from atop Creston's Pharmasave as a large crowd gathered on 11th Avenue North in front of the Royal Canadian Legion on Nov. 11 for the annual commemoration of Remembrance Day.
The program followed in the time-honoured tradition of a parade, followed by a moment of silence, the singing of O Canada and the laying of wreaths.
