Pete and Carol Schloss welcomed visitors to their garden during Saturday's Creston Valley Garden Club tours.
"Two worlds happily coexist at the Schloss's rural acreage: the artist's sense of design and colour, and the modern homesteader's productive vegetable and herb gardens," said the tour brochure. "Gardeners interested in combining design with edibility will enjoy the raised bed area and the historical barn/gallery."
