One may lament that good customer service is hard to come by these days. However, I am happy to report that it is alive and well in Creston.
Around noon on Nov. 29, I had the misfortune to find myself with a flat tire that needed to be fixed in a hurry. I drove down to Kal-Tire not knowing what to expect. Not only did I have immediate attention but the staff were friendly and efficient, and half an hour later I was on my way home. This is the kind of service that keeps folks shopping locally.
Well done, Kal-Tire!
