In Loving Memory. It is with great sadness that we announce that Victor passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at the age of 94.
He was predeceased by his loving wife of 68 years, Irene (Fulop) and will be truly missed by his daughters Rosemary (Robert Arber) of Creston, BC, Carole (Danny Jones) of Sundre, AB, Linda of Calgary AB, Renée of Kitchener, ON and Laura (Leonard Arcovio) of Nelson, BC.
Victor will also be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Crystal, Andrew, Diana, Joanna, Christine, Kathleen, Stefano, David and Selena and his great-grandchildren Élianne, Heidi, Josef, Aidan, James, Liam, Lillian, Emma and Leo.
Victor was predeceased by his parents Charles, originally from Pietragalla, Italy and Theresa (Zito), originally from Bovalino, Italy and his sisters Mary, Josie and Rosie.
Victor was a dedicated husband and father and believed in hard work but maintained an active lifestyle with his enjoyment of golfing, skiing, walking, exercising and, in particular, wine making.
He and Irene met and lived in Creston, BC until his work took him with progressive positions to Calgary, AB, Moose Jaw, SK, Montreal, QC and Toronto, ON before settling back in Calgary when he retired. Both he and Irene loved to travel both domestically and internationally.
Victor was very proud of his family and most especially his wife, Irene. Our father, grandfather and great-grandfather will always be affectionately remembered.
