Silvano was born in Buje, Italy on August 4th,1933 and passed away peacefully in Creston, British Columbia June 7th, 2025.

Cisco and his wife Rina Dombrosi left Italy soon after the war and arrived in Canada to work on a farm near Didsbury, Alberta March 21, 1957. They welcomed their first child Mary born November 1957. They moved to Calgary where the family continued to grow, welcoming Lil November 1962 and Pete September 1965.

Cisco worked in concrete, and carpentry for most of his career. He has 6 grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cisco married Jean-eve Wright on August 24th, 1985, inheriting 8 stepchildren, thirty plus grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.

Cisco and Jean-eve moved from Calgary to Creston in 1995, Powell River in 2004 returning to Creston in 2020.

Silvano is predeceased by his parents, siblings, first wife Rina, stepson Mathew, and grandson Bruce Edward.

He is survived by his loving wife Jean-eve, children Mary (David) Olson, Lil (Eric) Kremenik, Pete Cigui.

Cisco enjoyed fishing, gardening, drinking Budweiser beer and making home-made wine. Cisco will be remembered for his humor and witty comments. His favorite saying was "Water is for frogs!" Cisco will be dearly missed by his wife, family, and friends.
