Rose Fraser passed away peacefully in Swan Valley Lodge in Creston, B.C. on June 17, 2018.
Rose was born in Duck Lake, Saskatchewan to Francois and Alexandra Nicholas on April 9, 1922. She met and then married Norman Stewart Fraser in 1947, and raised her family in Saskatoon, Sask.
She is predeceased by her husband Norman, her son Grant and her daughter Maureen.
Rose is survived by two sisters, Gloria Mariani and Julie Dymitrovich in Saskatoon; her sons George (Barb) and Gordon (Amber); grandchildren Serene, Theresa Tarr (Courtland), Tracy-Ann Wolfe (David), Craig Fraser, Stewart Gowler, Jacqueline Fraser and Jessica Fraser (Kade); six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Mom was quite involved in the CWL at the Holy Cross Catholic Church since they moved to Creston in 1984.
Many thanks to Dr. Griffioen, the nurses and staff of Swan Valley Lodge for their great care they gave our mother for the short time she was there.
A Service will be at Holy Cross Catholic Church on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11:00 am.
