Mary Ahlefeld
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Mary Ahlefeld, on August 17, 2012.
Mary was born in Saskatchewan where she received her education and married her husband Hugo. They later moved to Alberta and then to Wynndel, BC.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Hugo; parents John and Barbara Decker; sister Felica (Bill) Manz; brother Ed (Lilly) Decker; daughter-in-law Sheila Ahlefeld; grandson Keith Ahlefeld and son Gary Ahlefeld.
She is survived by her two sons Ben (Donna) and Fred (Betty); daughter-in-law Joan; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Service was held Wednesday August 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Holy Cross Catholic Church with Father Tom Kakkaniyil officiating.
