Kenneth Otto Thom


Kenneth Otto Thom passed away on June 30, 2015 on his 80th birthday.

Kenneth was born in Edmonton Alberta, but lived most of his life in British Columbia, moving to Creston in June 2004.

He is survived by Fay, his wife of 57 years, daughter Pamela of PEl, daughter Heather (Dennis) of Prince George, grandson Dustin (Courtney), granddaughter Tiffany (Keith) and four great-grandchildren.

Ken was an avid pilot and will be missed by all his flying buddies at the Creston, Grand Forks and Alberta airports. He was an avid outdoorsman, including fishing, hunting, rock picking, and sailing. His retirement hobby was restoring old engines and building models.

He was an active member of the museum, working on their engines.

A private family remembrance was held.
