Kelly Elizabeth Skocylas (nee Watson) passed away suddenly on March 28th, 2023, in Creston, B.C., at the age of 65 years.
Kelly was born on October 30th, 1957, in Hamilton, ON, to Lois and Fred.
Kelly moved to Edmonton, AB, where she worked as an accountant for the Alberta government where she met her husband, Charlie. Upon first sight of Charlie, she joked with a co-worker, "I'm going to marry that man." Kelly and Charlie married on July 31st, 1993. They both enjoyed an early retirement where Kelly picked up her paintbrush and pencils and became a talented artist. She was also an avid gardener and had a keen eye for style and design.
Kelly was predeceased by her husband Charles (Charlie) and her stepson Kirk Skocylas.
Kelly will be lovingly missed by her little dog Cassie, son Sean (Alice) Miller, daughters-in-law Peggy and Kellie, grandchildren Tanner, Keyra, Tyson, and Cohen, mother Lois, sisters Kim and Alexis, and brother Eric.
