May 15, 1938 - November 16, 2018
It is with deep sadness we share the news of June's death on November 16, 2018 at Creston, B.C. after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

She was born in Kaslo, B.C. on May 15, 1938 to Francis and Annie Price. The family moved to Calgary in 1942. She was raised by her grandmother Mary Ethel Price. In 1957 June married Merril Wershler and they had four beautiful children, Ray, Tim, Karen, and Blaire. June worked as an administrative secretary in the healthcare field in Calgary, Kingston, and Victoria for many years, retiring in 2002. At that time she moved to Creston. She worked at Black Bear Books for a few fun-filled years. She was an avid reader and her dream job was to work in a library or bookstore. Her life changed again when she married Walter (Wally) Moseanko in 2012. She and Wally had a wonderful marriage and spent the last six years enjoying their retirement years. June loved to do volunteer work and sat on many committees and boards.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, parents, brother William (Bill) and niece Lynn.

June is survived by her loving husband Wally; her precious children Ray (Deb) of Calgary, AB, Tim in Head Chezzetcook, NS, Karen (Paul) in Madoc, ON and Blair (Paulette) in Halifax, NS. She also leaves her loving grandchildren in Halifax - Julie Wershler, Ben Wershler, and Angelique Cull (Kirk); her brother Don Price (Linda) of Creston; and many loved nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law. She enjoyed and treasured her special friendships. Family and friends were her most prized possessions.

June wanted to send a huge thank you to Dr. Guthrie and her staff; the Creston Homecare Nurses, and hospital staff; the oncology surgical staff at Foothills Hospital (Dr.Elijah Dixon and his team); her church friends at Trinity United Church, the pastors at Erickson Covenant Church; and a special thank you to Father Obi for your love and support. Love sent out to the many friends who have helped her through this journey.
