1946-2021 ~ It is with sadness and gratitude for her life that the family of June Cullum wish to announce her passing in Kamloops B.C. on August 5th, 2021. Born in Creston B.C. in 1946 she was the daughter of Leslie and Rachel Tooze, survived by her son Warren (Debbie) Cullum, daughter Lea (Dwayne) Geiger, her four grandchildren, brother Robert (Diana) Tooze, sisters Ethel (Peter) Tod and Carol (Norman) Turko.
June was predeceased by her husband Glen Cullum (2007).
June most cherished being a loving wife, mother, nanny, sister, aunt and friend. This is where she drew her strength and left her legacy.
June's quiet time was spent knitting, reading, going to the pool and baking. June was a lover of all things gardening, and she took great pride in her flowers. Wherever she was living there was sure to be flowers and vegetables growing no matter how small a space she had. Gardeners are special people and June was one of the best!
June was a beautiful, caring, hardworking woman who always demonstrated strength of will and courage. She leaves us with the great legacy of her love and incredible perseverance. June will be missed by all who knew her and she leaves them with everlasting memories. May her soul be greatly blessed as it continues its infinite journey.
As an expression of sympathy, those who wish to do so may send donations in memory of June Cullum to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
