It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Julia Ann Howe (nee Gilmour) on February 6, 2022, at Creston, BC at the age of 56 years.
Julia was born on December 18, 1965, at Creston, BC to parents Carol and John Gilmour. She enjoyed being outside in the sunshine, gardening, canning foods, and making dinners for her family. Julia especially loved her job as a school bus driver being able to see and interact with children.
Julia is predeceased by her mother Carol Gilmour, sister Catherine Gilmour, and nephew Ryan Gilmour.
Julia will be lovingly remembered by her father John Gilmour, siblings John, Shane, Rewa and Dean Gilmour, children Charles, Kateri, Matthew, and Aleta Howe, grandchildren Alizé, Viviane, Killian, and Zayla, ex-husband Gordon Howe as well as many friends and family.
A Private Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday February 19, 2022, at the Holy Cross Catholic Church with a reception to follow.
Flowers are happily accepted.
