John Terrence (Terry) Sullivan
January 10, 1933 ~ December 3, 2010
Terry grew up in Boswell and attended school in Creston until grade 12.
He graduated from UBC in 1955 with a degree in Chemical Engineering and had a successful career as a P Eng at Alberta and Southern Gas Company in Calgary.
Edna and Terry retired to Boswell in 1989 and moved to Victoria, BC in 1993 when Terry was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma.
Terry was active in their condo association as well as being an avid bridge player and golfer.
Terry fought his cancer for 17 years with an unwavering will and shall forever be an inspiration to his loving family and many friends that mourn his passing.
Terry will be lovingly remembered by his wife Edna (Rose) of 54 years as well as daughters Karen (Jim Cookson), Leslie (Eric Hildebrant) and Ivy (Mike Jeffery), 4 grandsons, 2 granddaughters and 3 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration Of Life was held in Victoria, BC on December 8, 2010.
A Memorial Service to be held at Kootenay Lake in the summer of 2011.
