John Michel Fait
On July 17, 2011, John Michel Fait passed away at the age of 47 years.
John was predeceased by his uncle, Gus Cerovsky.
John is survived by his beloved parents, Maria Fait of Creston, BC and Milan Fait of Ottawa, ON; loving wife, Siobhan of Calgary, AB; her children, Chelsey, Chase, Tayler and Paige; daughter, Chelsey of Ottawa; son, Rylan of Santa Monica, CA; brothers, Mickey and Alex; sister, Nancy; step-brothers, Mario and Ivan; as well as nieces, Robyn and Angela.
Funeral Service was held Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 - 111 Avenue, Edmonton, AB with Reverend D.K. Hale officiating.
Cremation followed.
