Born August 19, 1935 Liverpool NS. Loving husband to Shirley and father to Chris and Gwyn, grandfather to Ilana, teacher at PCSS, cyclist and so much more. He passed away peacefully at Swan Valley Lodge, July 19, 2020 Creston, B.C.
Thank you to all the staff at Swan Valley Lodge who took such wonderful care of Jim while he was a resident until his passing July 16. As part of the Swan family, he was always treated with kindness and respect. I was fortunate to be included in this supportive and caring community.
Thank you to the many Creston citizens who assisted Jim and I when he could still go for outings. Opening doors for us, greeting him with a smile, all these things made our outings a pleasure.
My sincere thanks for the good care and many kindnesses shown to Jim. Private Family Celebration at a later date.
