February 26, 1946 - June 18, 2020
James Stewart Campbell passed away peacefully at Creston Valley Hospital on Thursday June 18, 2020.
Jim was born on February 26, 1946 in Glasgow, Scotland. He moved to Vancouver, B.C. in 1974 where he joined the Vancouver Police Department. After 28 years of service Jim retired from the police department and moved to Creston, B.C. in 2004.
He is survived by his wife Gail; sons Stewart and Michael; daughters Laurie and Sheryl; two grandsons; and his brother Alan (Cate) in Scotland.
Jim was a strong Scotsman who proudly served as a member of the VPD. He loved his family, reading and his art work. His strong presence drew people to him.
He is profoundly missed.
