James Richard Hendrickson
December 4, 1946 ~ April 16, 2012
James passed away on April 16, 2012 after losing a battle with cancer.
James was born in Walla Walla, Washington to Richard D. and Hilda Hendrickson (Olsen) on December 4, 1946. After his mother’s death in 1953 his father married Anna Marie Eisinger (Christenson) and they moved to Creston, BC in 1954. Anna lovingly cared for and raised James as her own.
James graduated from Creston High School in 1966. He farmed with his father and then worked as a bookkeeper for Paula and Bruce Avery at 4A Sheet Metal for 15 years. He attended the Jehovah Witness church and was selflessly helped by the members and also his many friends and neighbours during his illness.
At his request, no service will be held.
