Helen Greyell
August 13, 1914 ~ April 4, 2012
Helen Greyell, daughter of Duncan and Jessie Kippan, passed away peacefully at Crest View Care Facility on April 4, 2012 in her 97th year.
Born in Govan, Saskatchewan, she lived in Agassiz, BC prior to moving to Creston in 1951. Helen and her husband, Theo, owned Greyell's Fashion Centre and were active in the community for many years.
Helen is survived by her son Bob and his wife Sandra; daughter Donna; granddaughter Lori and her husband Joseph Ritter; great-grandson Bodhi; and sister Margaret Ommundsen.
Helen was predeceased by her husband Theo; her sisters Jessie Landon and Pat Whitehead; and her brothers Lloyd and Clare Kippan, both fallen pilots in the RCAF.
A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 in Crest View Village with Canon Randy Wood officiating.
