Gordon (Lee) Aldrich

Lee passed away peacefully on July 30, 2011 at Swan Valley Lodge, Creston, BC.
Gordon (Lee) Adrich was born on November 7, 1927 in Cardston, AB. In 1937, he moved to Creston with his family. As a young man, he joined the reserves in Creston. In his lifetime, he worked at different jobs; as a construction labourer, at the packing shed, as well as Swan Valley Foods on the flats.
Lee enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard, and beat his brothers many times.
Lee was predeceased by parents Cliff and Iris Aldrich; brothers Cliff, Dave, Garth and Jim; and sisters Colleen, Joy and Shirley.
Left to mourn him are brother Henry (Mary); sister-in-law thelma Aldrich, and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 13 at 2:00 p.m. at G.F. Oliver Funeral Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Swan Valley Lodge (Harris Wing Equipment Fund) would be greatly appreciated.
