Friedrich "Fred" Sawall

October 31, 1925 - February 26, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Friedrich (Fred) Sawall on Wednesday, February 26th, 2020. He will be fondly remembered and missed by his wife Marion of 56 years, his son Gary (Susan), daughter Annette, his grandchildren Nick (Jamie), Andreas (Kam), great grandson Philip and sister Erna Krieger. A dedicated family man and avid explorer of many mountain trails, the outdoors was always a happy place for Fred. Even in his later years, one could still see Fred walking his many miles but sadly Parkinson's eventually took away his love of long walks but never dampened his spirit. He inspired many with his attitude and his adventurous nature and will be sorely missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 14th from 2 - 5 pm at Jimmy's Pub & Grill "Banquet Room". Please use the side entrance.
