Florence Vishloff, aged 87 years, passed away peacefully on June 4th, 2022 in Columbia View Lodge. Florence was born May 25th, 1935 in Wadena, Saskatchewan. She was the daughter of Peter and Ruth Posnikoff.
On June 30th, 1956 she married the love of her life Nick Vishloff and they were blessed with three children; daughter Lorna, son Nick and son John. She also has five grandchildren; James, Emily, Jennifer, Felicia and Diana, and two great-grandchildren; Nick and Rachel.
Florence was a homemaker, had a small business making flower arrangements and worked for the forest industry planting trees. She also loved singing in the Russian choir, was an active member in her community and the Doukhobor society.
She was predeceased by her father (1978), mother (1989), husband Nick (1999), brother Peter (2006), brother Andy (1973), and brother Johnny (1944).
Florence is survived by her daughter Lorna (Lorne), son Nick (Julie), son John, brother John (Mary), and brother Nick.
