Erich Schultz
March 1, 1925 ~ September 19, 2010
Erich Schultz passed away on September 19, 2010 at his residence at Swan Valley Lodge, Creston, BC.
Erich was born in Cichostow/Lubertow, Poland on March 1, 1925.
He came to Canada in May 1954. A year later, in May 1955, he married Ruth Karger. They moved to Kitimat in 1956 where Erich worked at Alcan as a millwright. In 1970 they moved to Prince George where Erich worked with PG Pulp and Paper. Upon retirement in 1985, they moved to Creston (Canyon) to build their home on Canyon/Lister Road.
Eric was pre-deceased by his wife Ruth in May 1988.
He is survived by brothers Heinrich and Ewald; sister Elfriede; dear companion friend Ida Hoffer; daughter Angelica Rockwell; son Arnold Schultz; grandsons Nathan, Matthew Campbell, Christopher Schultz; granddaughter Lisa Schultz, and great-granddaughter Brooklyn.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, October 21, 2010, 3:00 p.m. at Rotacrest Hall
