Born in Edmonton, Alberta to Dorothy and Gary Chomyshen. Passed away in Maple Ridge, B.C.
Predeceased by his father Gary Chomyshen in 2015. He leaves to Cherish his memory: his wife Jessica Chomyshen of Maple Ridge, BC. His four loving children: Aveiry, Damien, Adelynd and Dexter. His brother and sisters Bob Chomyshen, Tammy Sommerfeld, Karen Hahn, Barbary Oldford and MaKayla Chomyshen. His mother Dorothy of Hardisty, Alberta.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maple Ridge Treatment Center can be made in Eddie Chomyshen's name.
