September 1, 1942 - October 23, 2019
Dave was born September 1, 1942 to Vere and Daisy Proctor in Edmonton Alberta. He was the middle child of three boys, Harvey, Dave and Garry. He had his own little business selling eggs and garden produce when he was 10.
He had a cow calf operation and helped his brother and father with their farm in between Athabasca and Westlock Alberta. At the same time he worked on the oil riggs and mines in Thompson, as a meat cutter in Grand Cache and a prison guard in Peace River. Finally settling in Creston working at Imasco.
While in Alberta, staying with his brother Harvey for a short time.
He met Merlin McNutt and began studying the bible and was baptized at an international assembly in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1963.
While in Creston, Dave met Roszann and they were married Sept. 27, 1975. Living happily together for 44 years. They had a son, Jesse, in 1989.
In February 1997, Dave suffered a severe work-related accident, which left him unable to work and his health steadily declined till his passing.
He is and will be dearly missed by his friends and family.
