We mourn the passing of David Randall Macdonald. Dave died on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. He is survived by Juvy, Hugh, Aisha, Shona, Blossom, Jean and nieces and nephews of the Burns and Evoy families. Dave was born in Shaunavon, SK and grew up in Creston, BC where he met and married his first wife, Maria.
The family moved to Victoria BC in 1960. They lived first in Esquimalt and later in the Cedar Hill area.
Dave began teacher training in 1961 and was a school teacher at several Victoria area schools including Lampson St, Tillicum and Oaklands until he retired. Maria predeceased Dave in 1999. Dave was an avid golfer often on the links four days a week.
