In Loving Memory of David Lloyd Wayne Masecar.
October 1964 ~ August 2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, uncle, and great uncle David Masecar at the age of 56 on August 7, 2021, at the Creston Valley Hospital with his siblings by his side.
David was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in 1964 and moved to Creston around 2007 where he managed a Creston Hotel business for a couple of years. In April 2009 he was hired on to start his career with Extra Foods (now Pealows) and stayed committed with integrity until his medical leave in 2019.
Unable to return to work, he dedicated his time focusing on his health and wellbeing.
David was a caring, compassionate, fun-loving person, so kind and thoughtful and he will be forever missed by his family, friends, coworkers, customers and all who knew him.
David is survived by his loving siblings, Sandy (Leo) Visser, Debbie (Ken) Barr, Carol (Jim) Masecar, Linda Gigliotti, Jeff (Carol) Zwarich, Jesse (Kylie) Anderson, nephews, nieces, as well as many more relatives and friends.
David, predeceased by his mother, Shirley Ione Zwarich, stepfather, Clarence Alexander Zwarich, father, Robert Duane Mascar, and younger brother Scotty Masecar.
