It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Bert (Charles) on April 2, 2020 in Creston, BC at the age of 82 years. He was predeceased by his parents William Bertram and Phyllis Georgie Airth and a sister Patricia Woodrow. He is survived by sisters Gail (Hector) McFadyen and Susan (Dave) Wehrhan as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Bert (Charles) was a gentle person with a friendly smile and an easy laugh, but few words. He had many acquaintances, liked a good story and had a love for dogs. After graduating from university and achieving success in the investment business, Bert (Charles) chose a more solitary life style which he enjoyed until his passing. He was a man of his own .... his journey continues.
Flowers are gratefully declined. If persons so desire, donations are encouraged to their local Humane Society.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by GF Oliver Funeral Chapel in Creston.
