The alleged suspects in an April 20 break and enter and assault appeared in Cranbrook Law Courts before Judge Grant Sheard on May 2 and were released on bail, said Creston RCMP Cpl. Monty Taylor in a press release.
Travis Hennessy, 22, has been charged with robbery with a firearm, use of a firearm while committing an offence, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, unlawfully discharging a firearm endangering life, assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, assault (two counts), breaking and entering a dwelling (two counts), and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
Brenton Chambers, 21, has been charged with robbery with a firearm, robbery, assault (two counts), breaking and entering a dwelling (two counts), unauthorized possession of a firearm, use of a firearm while committing an offence, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle and unlawfully discharging a firearm endangering life.
The pair is slated to appear in Creston Law Courts on June 18.
