Lions club member Demetre Karantzous (owner of the Wee Greek and Demetre’s Catering) and the Creston Lions Club are working together to host a traditional Christmas Day dinner for families in need and single people spending Christmas alone on Christmas Day.
The community Christmas dinner will be on Christmas Day from 2 - 4 pm at the Creston Legion hall.
The Creston Lions have distributed 120 tickets to Gleaners and several churches in the Creston area. Tickets can be delivered by request at 250.428.6095. Transportation to and from the dinner is also available by request at 250.402 6433.
