(From left) Creston Cub Scouts Kaydon Booth and Heath Berry, and Scouts Damon Park and Calvin Galloway laid a wreath at the Royal Canadian Legion’s cenotaph during Creston's annual Remembrance Day ceremony on Friday.

Cold, rainy weather didn’t deter participation С the street in front of Branch No. 29 was a sea of umbrellas and red poppies. The day before, legion members toured local cemeteries and dedicated a new cenotaph at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
