Creston RCMP responded to 50 calls for service from Jan. 23-29, Staff Sgt. Bob Gollan said on Jan. 30.

January 27

•Two people reported to be acting suspiciously on 10th Avenue North could not be located.

•When police arrived to check out a fight between two intoxicated males in a Centre Road residence, one combatant was taken to a different residence for the night.

•A father complained that his two children, in custody of their mother, weren’t being properly cared for. Police checked and found them to be safe and secure in the care of a sober babysitter in a clean residence.
