Creston residents now have a new, full-time legal resource in their community. CASA Law, founded by lawyer Cinthia Anguiano-Solís, is officially open and offering a personal, community-rooted approach to legal services in real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law.
Located at 125 10th Avenue North, CASA Law is more than just a new office - it's a new kind of legal support for Creston. While many nearby legal services are based in Cranbrook or offer limited hours, Anguiano-Solis says CASA Law is committed to being accessible, full-time, and responsive.
“The doors are open. I’m here full-time, and I’m here for the community,” Anguiano-Solis says, who has lived in Creston for 10 years and is raising her young family here. “This is my home and I want people to feel confident turning to me for help.”

The name CASA Law reflects that commitment. CASA stands for Cinthia Anguiano-Solís & Associates, and also means “home” in Spanish - symbolizing the firm as a welcoming, trustworthy place for legal guidance in Creston.
Originally from Mexico, Cinthia became a lawyer in 2015 and went through the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada process, and was accepted to the BC Bar in 2022. She worked locally for four years before launching CASA Law. Her focus is on solicitor-side services - providing clear, compassionate and client-centred support in legal matters that touch everyday lives.
CASA Law’s services include:
- Real estate transactions: Buying, selling, refinancing and title review.
- Wills & estate planning: From simple wills to complex trusts and committeeship applications.
- Corporate support: Annual filings, incorporation and governance help for business owners.
What sets CASA Law apart is Anguiano-Solís’s human-first approach. She emphasizes clarity, collaboration and ensuring her clients always understand the process.
“A lot of people walk out of a legal office unsure of what just happened,” she explains. “I take the time to explain things in everyday language. Clients leave knowing exactly what I’m doing and why.”
Whether you're planning your estate, incorporating a business, or buying a home, CASA Law offers a trusted local alternative to out-of-town firms.
“In a small town, you want to feel proud of the work you do. You’ll see clients in the grocery store,” Anguiano-Solís adds. “So I treat people the way I’d want to be treated - with respect, patience and clear guidance.”
