Thrash Wrestling will bring Creston Valley Chaos to town on Friday, July 26.

Thrash Wrestling promises an adrenaline-pumping show with Creston Valley Chaos, debuting Friday, July 26.

Based in Vernon, B.C., the professional wrestling company has been thrilling Okanagan crowds with barn burners over the last two decades.

In 2022, Thrash expanded to the Kootenays and was met with overwhelming success at shows in Nelson and Trail.

“Wrestling never comes to these smaller Kootenay towns, so it's an untapped market,” said event promoter Nick Szalanski.

Now, the excitement is coming to Creston too.

“If you like humorous, action-packed, high-flying, chair-swinging professional wrestling, this is for you,” said Szalanski. “It’s a solid entertaining show of good versus evil, which I think a lot of people can identify with.”

Some of the best wrestlers in the Pacific Northwest guarantee hard-hitting entertainment. The Vixen Jade will take on the formidable Riea von Slasher. High flyers Haviko and Evan Adams are sure to tear the house down. And newcomer Jay Blast will face Thrash regular Braydon Goss.

The event is for all ages, with licensed concession for those over 19. At the Creston and District Community Complex, doors open at 6:30 p.m. before bell time at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 and available online at www.ticketseller.ca or Buffalo Trails Coffee House in Creston. Any available tickets at showtime will be $25 at the door.
