Wildsight presentation features Northern Passage

Greenland’s Uumannaq Mountain will be seen in Lesley Anderton’s April 5 presentation.

All are invited to join Lesley Anderton, a retired geology instructor from Selkirk College, for an armchair voyage to the land of Franklin through Davis Strait and Lancanster Sound, to Devon, Bylot and Beechy Islands.

Anderton's love of the north is evident as she documents both the anthropological and the natural history through her amazingly detailed photographs.

Voyage Through the Northwest Passage is the final presentation in the Creston Valley branch of Wildsight’s spring speaker series. It runs on April 5 at 7 p.m. at Rotacrest Hall. Admission is $6.
