Creston’s own Nightshade return to the Snoring Sasquatch on Oct. 27 to kick off the Halloween season.

Join them with all the local monsters and zombies to dance the night away. Scott Irvine, Erich Schmidt, Rick Potyok and Jan MacDonald have added some traditional Halloween tunes to their ever-growing list of classic rock and roll, with a smattering of high-energy blues, that are sure to keep the creatures of the night grooving until dawn. Or as late as the neighbourhood will let them go, whichever comes first.

So pull out your favorite Halloween duds and dress to the nines. There will be prizes for best costumes.

Tickets are available at Kingfisher Used Books, Black Bear Books and the Snoring Sasquatch for $10 in advance and $13 at the door, which opens at 7 p.m. This is for grown-up ghoulies and ghosties only — it is a licensed event, so no minors please.
