BONNERS FERRY, Idaho — Walk a Mile, an original multimedia music theatre event, runs Feb. 24 and 25, and March 1, 2 and 3 at the Pearl Theatre in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

Conceived by Victoria Thompson, Walk a Mile is based on reflections, comic and serious, about life’s journey. It features solos and the tight harmonies of a cappella singing, instrumentals on flute, piano, autoharp and clarinet, poetry, dance, and comedy, art work and photography, and a cast including some of the area’s best singers. The music includes familiars like Lean on Me as performed on Glee, Moon River, Jai Ho from Slum Dog Millionaire, Into the West from The Lord of the Rings and Seasons of Love from Rent, as well as contemporary vocal works from a variety of composers.

All shows start at 7 p.m. A dinner featuring meat or vegetarian lasagna and dessert served at 6 p.m. before each performance. Dinner and theatre tickets are $20 and must be purchased 24 hours in advance. Show-only tickets are $10 and will be available in advance or at the door. Tickets are available at Bonner Books, Mountain Mike’s Nutrition and the Groove Studio.
