It’s been available as both a paperback and e-book since last fall, and Calvin Murdock is officially launching Wolfsblood at Black Bear Books from 7-9 p.m. April 23, when he will be reading from and signing copies of the medieval fantasy-adventure novel.
The novel focuses on Kaliegh Wolfsblood, who is “a bit of a thief and a vagabond,” Murdock told the Advance when the book was initially published. “And he has heightened senses.”
With his four dogs, he sets off on a quest to search for a powerful object.
“The land is in distress because the Emerald Chain, a mystical thing the leader of the land has that gives him power, has been stolen,” said Murdock.
