Get ready for the 2011 Creston Valley Science Fair! This year’s science fair will be held from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on April 2 in the Creston Education Centre gym and is open to students in kindergarten to Grade 12.
The fair has enjoyed two wonderful years in a row, with great projects, wonderful judges, and enthusiastic support from the community. The organizers would like to extend special thanks this year to the Creston-Kootenay Foundation for its generous seed funding for the 2011 science fair.
Registration packages are at all the local schools and anyone interested in judging can call Gillian at 250-866-5203. Come out and see what Creston’s young scientists are curious about!
