Lt. Trudi Mainville officially became the new commanding officer of the Creston’s 1746 Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps on April 1.
Area Cadet Instructor Cadre officer Maj. Kevin DeBiasio, based out of Trail, presided over the change of command (right), noting that the local corps is a “nice big unit for a small town,” with about 25 cadets.
