Last Creston High School class holding reunion

Web Lead

A 60th reunion of the old Creston High School will be held on June 16 and 17, grad Chuck Truscott says.

“We were the last graduates before the new school was built,” he said.

The original high school was located where Adam Robertson Elementary School now sits.

“Of the 65 grads that year there were only 11 boys,” Truscott said. “We expect 26 will be attending of the 40 who are still alive. Ten of us still live here in Creston.”

A meet and greet is scheduled for Rotacrest Hall on June 16 from 1-4 p.m. for members of the public who would like to catch up with old friends.
